RETURN / EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We are happy to answer any questions related to Sanddook Products.
We do not accept returns.
If our Product is found to be defective which is highly unlikely, refer to the passage stated below.
We do not provide any refunds or exchanges for products purchased online on www.sanddook.com or during any exhibitions or sale.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
We strive to ensure that all of our products go through rigorous quality check for any defects, but few might rarely go unnoticed. If you come across any of those, please Call us as soon as you receive your order, and we will replace the same by the earliest.

We will repair damaged products upto a period of 1 months only from the date of purchase of product. Treating damage issues will differ from case to case depending on the product in need of repair.

If you find our products damaged or defective on receiving them, please note that you can send them back to us within 5 days only, from the day you received the products.

We take utmost care of our products while packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product and that it does not get damaged during transit.

All of our products are crafted by hand and might slightly differ from piece to piece. These differences will not be considered as manufacturing defects. Also when we use semi precious stones, resins, etc. they might have some irregularities and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.

PRODUCT COLOURS
We will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of the colours you observe when you see the products online, as the depth and resolution of each computer or mobile screen differs.

Refund Policy
Once the returned product is approved for refund by our quality control team, refund amount would be credited to customer’s bank account within 7 working days.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts; the amount will be refunded to the same account / card from where the payment was initially processed.
